ACMC is a U.S.-based critical minerals development platform building a portfolio of projects with local African partners. We originate opportunities, secure mineral rights, invest alongside our partners and hold long-term ownership in each project, assembling the technical, development and capital partners needed to advance each one.
Our team brings together African country knowledge, diplomatic and commercial relationships, mining expertise, U.S. energy industry experience and governance. We use these strengths to assess opportunities, understand country priorities and bring the partners needed to advance viable projects.

To advance commercially viable mineral projects that create local content, skilled jobs and lasting value where we work, while strengthening diversified mineral supplies for industry.
To build an enduring critical minerals business in which African partners retain a direct stake in resource value and develop the capability to participate across the value chain.
We assess rights, geological evidence, processing options, infrastructure and offtaker requirements before advancing an opportunity. Country-specific agreements would define ownership, governance and partner responsibilities. ACMC intends to remain a long-term owner of each project, with development partners building and operating the mines. Each investment stage will depend on the evidence and work required for the next milestone.
