ACMC is assembling its initial portfolio of critical mineral opportunities, including rare earths. We focus on resources where credible rights, country alignment, technical evidence and a viable commercial pathway can come together.
Our objective is direct, long-term project ownership alongside local African partners.

Selection begins with each project's geological setting, available evidence, mineralogy, recovery options and prospective market. Technical work and commercial assessment must justify progression to the next stage.
We are developing country relationships and screening opportunities in selected African markets. Country priorities, credible rights, geological evidence and suitable local and specialist partners guide where we focus.
Engage relevant institutions, assess prospective rights and review geological information alongside country priorities.
Review title and historical information. Use sensing, AI and geoscientific judgment to guide fieldwork, sampling and drilling.
Evaluate mineralogy, recovery routes and offtaker requirements alongside power, water, transport, environmental conditions and community priorities.
Structure ownership and governance. Bring U.S. public and private capabilities into technical work and project preparation, alongside development and infrastructure partners, industrial offtakers and capital.
Progress when the evidence supports the next stage. Development partners would build and operate the mines, with ACMC retaining long-term ownership alongside local African partners.
We will publish project-specific information as rights, disclosure permissions and appropriate technical evidence are confirmed. To discuss our country partnership model or project selection approach, contact our team.
